Over near the Wal-Mart on Tchoupitoulas are several blocks of warehouses and industrial buildings. Then in the middle of all this is this little block of houses. I love this one especially, not just because it’s a beautiful building, but because there appears to be a courtyard behind it along with a guest house behind.

This home at Prytania and Marengo has been under construction for a couple of years now, I think. Like a lot of houses in Uptown, it has beautiful bones. Click the image to get a better view - the details are amazing.
